ITACA SOLUTION AUTOMATIC features two special operating heads fitted with knife-holder assemblies that can be adjusted to any crimping position. The pressure blocks and profile reference fork can also be moved and adjusted along all axes, providing exceptional adaptability.
Thanks to these features, there is no longer any need to change the tooling on the machine, providing significant benefits:
- Reduced setup times and costs
- Accurate setup, even by less experienced operators
- Ability to process any profile without having to wait for special crimping knives
The operator simply enters the profile data and the specifications of the corner cleats being used. The machine automatically handles the rest, ensuring precision, speed and continuous operation.
